  • How long will it take for my letter to be delivered? Letters will be sent out in the second week of the month. They may take up to 10 working days to arrive.
    Please Note: Posted by Pixies cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date but will endeavour to have Birthday letters arrive prior to a child’s birthday. Customers are also asked to take into consideration any delays to postal services due to industrial action, seasonal holidays or other such occurrences that may delay your delivery.

  • Does your price include GST and postage? Yes. Our price includes both GST and postage within Australia. There are no additional charges for letter delivery within Australia.
  • Can I become a Posted by Pixies member for overseas delivery? Yes you can, extra charges apply for posting overseas and a standard 12 month subscription will cost an extra $15.00.  A six month membership and subscription will cost an extra $10.00 to cover the postage.
  • How old does my child have to be in order to receive a letter? We send letters to children of all ages our motto being "never too old, never too young". The ideal age is when the child can easily identify with the letter content and we suggest this is within the range of 3 - 8 years old.
  • Is ordering online safe? As part of the Posted by Pixies website, our online order process is highly secure and your personal details are thoroughly safeguarded. We utilise the PayPal online payment facility. PayPal is a global leader in online payment solutions with 78 million account members worldwide.

  • Posted by Pixies will not sell or otherwise provide user information to any third party, unless express permission is given by the user. General, non identifing data may be used and/or provided for market research purposes, but users will not be able to be identified nor will they receive any direct contact resulting from this data.

  • All information collected from our Subscription Form is used to verify your identity, where required, and to send out subscription information, and contact you for such things as renewals, new promotions, newsletters etc. This information is not displayed anywhere.
